| since my last post the z been sitting in the backyard with the belt installed. so now finally willing to find out if the valves where bent i did a hot compression test these are the results #5-156 #6-165
#3-163 #4-155
#1-165 #2-160 the numbers are pretty much the same(in the 150-160 range)as before the belt slipped.
so i put it back together and check the timing it's way of so i adjust it with the CAS to 15* it's turned almost all the way to the right. i go for a ride then check the timing several times it's been on 20*,25*,10* the last time it moved a little about 17* but it's bouncing not alot but it moves from 17* then a little to the left then a little to the right. i put it back at 15* and checked it with the TPS connected this time and it read way pass the 0 mark. so I'm thinking electrical I've searched and the only things to mess with the timing are the timing belt and the CAS. I found several post with the same problem and they all point to an in properly installed timing belt. CAS so before taking the front apart to check the timing belt i decided to check the CAS i used a 96 manual to check it.
with the engine running you should get terminal 3 and ground 2.5volts (AC) mine 2.69volts steady
terminal 4 and ground 2.1volts (AC) mine 1.24-1.44volts unstable
so this is a NG time to replace but mine is a 90-94 so i used the on line manual link. to check the CAS this is what i got

CAS connected, ignition on,turning the CAS slowly terminal 1 and ground 0-5.16volts fluctuates mine the same
terminal 2 and ground 0-5.16volts fluctuates mine the same
so this test says it's good i don't know if the CAS is good or not TIMING BELT i continue to the timing belt wanting to make sure it was the belt that was wrong. i cranked it for about two and half hours with the ratch i manage to line up the lines on the belt with the cams and the back plate. this is what i got   ">.

so my question is do i have bent valves, bad CAS or a inproperly installed timing belt or all of the above? all this started after the belt slipped
